Stephen Shashoua - Director
Born in Canada, of Iraqi-Jewish descent, Stephen has been involved in communal and voluntary organisations all his life.
• Studied Journalism, Anthropology, Teaching and English Literature
• Worked internationally with students (all ages, cultures and abilities)
• Freeman of the City of London and fellow of the Royal Society of Arts
• Co-Founder of Iraq in Common.

Rachel Heilbron - Deputy Director Rachel is passionate about engaging people in challenging discussion about values and identity, subjects she specialised in during her MA in Culture, Language and Identity in Education. • Experience is in informal and extra-curricular programmes (UK and South Africa). • Worked in a variety of social justice and cultural organisations including The British Library, The Jewish Council for Racial Equality and Save the Children UK.

• Mark has been involved with community development work in Leeds, Manchester, London, Salford and Miami
• Led church and community development work for Oasis in Salford for three years
• Before working for 3FF Mark worked for an MP at Parliament

Becca Massey-Chase - Mentoring Project Assistant
Becca assists on the mentoring programmes, Undergraduate ParliaMentors and DocuMentors.
• Studied English and Philosophy at the University of Bristol
• Whilst studying, was actively involved in grass-roots campaigning on campus, was a founder of the Bristol Hub and held the position of Ethical Campaigns Officer for her Student Union, representing a student body of around 22,000 students on ethical issues.
• After graduating, worked on and then ran the education and student outreach programmes for genocide prevention NGO Aegis Trust.

Debbie Danon - Education Manager
Debbie manages the 3FF education programmes.
• Born in South London to Turkish-Jewish parents.
• Read Theology at Cambridge Divinity Faculty
• While studying was president of the Jewish Society, facilitated the Muslim-Jewish Womens' (MoJoW) Dialogue Group, ran a "Hin-Jew" dance class, and presented the radio show, "Kol Cambridge."
• Was awarded a Rajiv Gandhi scholarship to visit India in 2007.

Sana Saleem - Education Officer Sana is responsible for liaising with faith and state schools, especially Muslim schools.
• Grew up in East London
• Studied Psychology at University College, London
• Has volunteered with community based organisations including Saneline, the Muslim Youth Helpline, Conflict and Change and muslimyouth.net

Seán Rose - Education Projects Officer
Seán is a Catholic interfaith activist from south-west London.
• Before joining 3FF, he worked for the Tony Blair Faith Foundation and Interfaith Youth Core as an inaugural Faiths Act Fellow. • He studied Environmental Geography and International Development at the University of East Anglia
• Seán has worked and volunteered with a number of social justice and development organisations including CAFOD, Oxfam and Christian Aid. • He is passionate about working with young people and creating safe spaces for exploration of identity, faith and belief.

Aisling Cohn – School Linking Manager
Aisling is the School linking manager at the Three Faiths Forum.
• She grew up in Galway in the West of Ireland before moving to London 6 years ago. She graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Religious Education and English from Dublin City University.
• Aisling spent 5 and half years teaching Religious Studies and Philosophy and Ethics in East London schools before joining 3FF. Her passion for working with young people and providing them with opportunities to work together and engage in dialogue motivated her to work on the Shared Futures project.
• She speaks Irish, French and tiny bit of Hebrew and has a passion for food, music and travel.

Hadiya Masieh – Events Manager
Hadiya is responsible for the Women ARTogether project which seeks to enhance the role of women as social change makers, using art as a medium for discussion and dialogue.
• She is a member of the National Muslim Women’s Advisory Group. Her focus in the group is Islamic theology and women.
• Hadiya has been involved in interfaith dialogue and discussion for several years, working with prominent groups such as MUJU, The Bereaved Families Forum and Women without Borders.
• She is happily married with 3 young children.

Stephanie Cziczo - Development Officer Stephanie manages our fundraising activities. • Born in Chicago, Illinois in the US, but was most recently living in New York City until her move to London in July 2010. • Holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University (NYC), as well as a Bachelors degree in Rhetoric and English from the University of Illinois. • Held various donor cultivation roles, including alumni relations, special events, and grant writing, at Columbia University, Fordham University, the ASPCA and US Fund for UNICEF.

• Grew up in southern Sweden.
• Studied Religion and Theology at Uppsala University and Philosophy at King’s College London
• Has a special interest in theories of ethics, politics and social change.

Maja Warnstam - Operations and Volunteers Manager
Maja is responsible for the smooth operation of our busy office including administration, supporting staff, financial duties as well as running the growing internship/volunteer programmes. • Born in Sweden and lived in Italy, Portugal, UAE and UK • Graduate in Psychology and Intercultural Communication • Worked as an Intercultural Trainer for various relocation companies • Engaged since many years in intercultural/interfaith dialogue in the non-profit sector; e.g. youth representative for the UN Alliance of Civilizations, facilitator for Soliya, coordinator for ICLS

Miriam Feldmann Kaye - Project Director
Three Faiths Forum Israel Middle East
Miriam managed the education programme and following her move to Israel in 2007 she started up the new branch of the Forum. • Co-founded MoJoW, the Muslim-Jewish Women's Dialogue Group while studying Theology at Cambridge • Teaches Jewish philosophy in Jerusalem • Graduate of the London School of Jewish Studies Orthodox Women's Educator's Programme • Working towards a PhD in Jewish Philosophy
