The target audience for these training sessions includes individuals and groups with an interest in religious diversity and inclusion, as well as communities at risk of marginalization. At the trainings, IFYC will introduce its framework of pluralism, wherein different religious communities, rather than combat each other over theological or political divisions, maintain their unique identities, develop mutual understanding and cooperate to serve the common good. The goal of these sessions is to train participants in the vision, knowledge base and skill sets necessary to build religious pluralism in their communities. These training sessions will be conducted free of charge, and are open to any interested parties.
